Rock Steady Boxing
This isn't just about throwing punches—it's about gaining control! Our boxing-style training is specifically proven to help improve balance, coordination, strength, and confidence in people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). It’s challenging, fun, and incredibly effective.
What’s Needed
We have gel slide on hand wraps to help the ease of wrapping your hands for purchase for $15. Gloves are available to borrow for free or you can purchase your own for $29-$60. This is an all levels class so don’t worry if it’s your very first time!
Session Lengths
Classes are held year round on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00am and 10:30am. The typical structure of class follows a 60 minute timeline with a warm-up, boxing rounds, strength and balance training, core exercises, and finishes up with stretching.
Age Groups
There is no specific age group for our classes. We accept all individuals with Parkinson’s. If your symptoms have progressed, we recommend coming to class with a family member or helper to assist you in class for your safety.

Our coaches are all trained to specifically work with the Parkinson’s population. We have equipment that for all levels to help make sure we can adjust for any need.
