Harnessing the science of movement to strengthen body and mind.
● About
Where Ability Runs Free.
We use evidence-based exercise to help individuals facing physical and mental challenges to rebuild strength, restore balance, and renew confidence – empowering each person to move toward a healthier, more hopeful life. Utah Adaptive Fitness Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Parkinson’s
While we started with Rock Steady Boxing for those with Parkinson’s, we have developed a further in-depth approach that helps train those with neurological impairments or simply those fighting signs of aging.
Youth Programs
We help youth build a strong foundation and introduce them to the importance of fitness. Our classes are specialized for children who identify as neurodivergent as well as those with a history of trauma.
Adult Adaptive
Similar to our youth, our focus is to create a space for adults that is comfortable to grow. We focus on those with neurodivergence as well as individuals who are simply looking to keep their minds and bodies sharp!
Because exercise is for every single body.
