Better Movement Lab.

At the Better Movement Lab, a Utah Adaptive Fitness Project, we use evidence-based exercise to help individuals facing physical and mental challenges to rebuild strength, restore balance, and renew confidence – empowering each person to move toward a healthier, more hopeful life. Utah Adaptive Fitness Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Neurodiverse and PTSD Programs

COMING VERY SOON! We help these specefic groups build a strong foundation and introduce them to the importance of fitness. Our classes are specialized for children who identify as neurodivergent as well as those with a history of trauma.
